BBS Privacy Policy

1. You can make your booking on premises, or by phone. Payments can be made in cash only upon arrival.
2. Guests must cancel their booking at least 48 hours before their scheduled date of arrival. Cancellations made within the deadline are free of charge. A cancellation fee will be charged in case of exceeding the deadline or even no-show.
3. Guests are required to show their identity documents (ID card, passport, residency permit, etc…) upon check-in.
4. You can occupy your suite as of 3:00 p.m local time on the day of arrival and must leave it by 12:00 p.m local time on the day of departure.
5. Pets, as well as smoking, loud music, noise during evenings, and apartment gatherings or parties are not allowed throughout the building. Although housekeeping may be provided upon request, we count on you regarding the room cleanliness. A wise use of heating and air conditioning systems or lighting once you are away from your apartment will be highly appreciated.
6. Any damage to the suites, including the furniture, equipment and accessories, will be charged on guests.
